Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to know exactly what to expect before ordering. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Change-of-mind returns

Unused, uncut, and uninstalled items in their original condition are eligible for return. Contact us through the store contact form before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos when reasonably possible. We will provide a replacement or refund, including standard shipping, at no return cost to you.

Installed or cut film

Cut or installed film is not returnable for preference, lack of direct sunlight, or an incompatible window when those limitations were clearly disclosed before purchase. This does not limit remedies for goods that are defective or not as described.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before fulfilment begins. Because orders may enter processing quickly, contact us as soon as possible. If fulfilment has started, the normal return process applies.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
