Shipping & Delivery

SUNSPELL products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner with tracking.

United States

• Order processing: usually 1–3 business days
• Estimated carrier transit: usually 8–12 business days
• Estimated total delivery: approximately 9–15 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote destinations, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, and severe weather can extend delivery time.

Tracking

We email tracking information after the carrier accepts your parcel. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show the first scan.

Address changes

Please review your address before payment. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins, and additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delays and lost parcels

If we cannot ship by the promised date, we will contact you with a revised date and offer the choice to accept the delay or receive a prompt refund. If tracking has not moved beyond the carrier’s normal delivery window, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Import charges

Any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges are handled according to the amount shown at checkout and the rules of the destination. We do not describe an order as duties-paid unless checkout expressly confirms it.

Shipping charges, available destinations, and the current estimated delivery window are shown before payment.
