Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the SUNSPELL online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Store use

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, availability, and images accurately. Screens and lighting can change perceived color. Generated campaign imagery is used to illustrate the product and typical use; the specifications and limitations shown on the product page control. Direct sunlight is required for the strongest optical effect, and results vary.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as inventory error, suspected fraud, pricing error, payment failure, shipping restriction, or legal requirement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and the order total are shown before payment.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Current processing and delivery estimates appear before checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Safe and compatible use

The product is decorative static-cling film for compatible interior glass. Follow the installation and compatibility information on the product page. It is not marketed as privacy, blackout, UV-control, heat-control, safety, security, or bird-strike prevention film. Do not use it on excluded glass or in vehicles.

Intellectual property

Store content, brand elements, copy, graphics, and original images belong to SUNSPELL or our licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

The store may rely on payment, carrier, fulfilment, analytics, and ecommerce service providers. Their systems may be subject to separate terms and availability.

Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order unless law requires otherwise.
